Makedonski Telekom is opening the doors of its first sales space of this kind, with a completely new and refreshed customer experience concept, setting new standards in the relations with its customers. With the new retail concept applied in the shop in Capitol Mall in Skopje, Telekom introduces an open and pleasant environment without any physical barriers between the sales agents and the customers, creating a space for direct communication and consultations.

The novelty of this approach is the transfer of the interaction with the customers from "standing at the counter" to a consultation table, which allows the sales agents to serve the customers with maximum dedication and attention, in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere and with more time to educate them about the current trends. With this new layout, every visit turns into a personal experience with a focus on the individual needs of the customers.

Also, in line with the company's sustainability strategy, the concept includes an "eco-shop" where smart solutions that have low consumption are implemented, as well as a corner for electronic waste disposal and a green area with plants that purify the air.

The new layout encourages the customers to share their impressions while in the shop through the interactive "Feedback Wall", allowing direct insight into their opinions and comments in real time.
